Object removal from the object editor [remove unused skills]

Myladies, Gentlemen,

Stupid question: is there a way to prevent JNPG to crash each time I remove from 1 to (5-7) X skills / units into the object editor? (Same with worldedit without JNPG anyway).

It is supposed to be due to the dependencies.

In other words: how to remove unused skills or units, etc. wihout make the editor crash?

Because it's really long to save the map each time I remove an object before the JNPG crashes:/
