How to remove object editor custom data?

Well the war3map.w3u (custom units) contains two tables, that are the same. One contains the blizzard original data and the other the modified data. But i don't know what will happen if you delete that one. I uploaded all the original base map files that could contain any custom data (not only units), I'm not sure if it will work, but overwrite all those files in MPQ. But be sure to make a backup.
