Not Enough Storage

Hi, this may be a noob question but, whenever i download a Rpg map it either loads up on World editor or says "not enough storage and doesn't load and crashes. does anyone know why it says "not enough storage? if so please help!

that map you are triyng to open is protected, you cannot open it without hack programs
