Not channeling Blizzard

Hello guys, I need to know how to make Blizzard spell that is channeling spell a non-channeling spell but so it still have that 8 sec duration. Like I use it, it is falling down but I don't have to channel it. Like in Dota, Pit lord's Firestorm.

Just so you don't think I am lazy I have been looking over Goggle, Hive workshop, and many other sites for 3 hours and couldn't find it so I ask you now, thank you.

Wrong section.
To answer your question: You have to use a dummy.
Unit cast spell -> create a dummy -> make dummy cast blizzard -> remove dummy when done.
