noob friendly server

all servers I know are just for pro gamers. It is almost impossible to win in war3 arena. Battle.net was better (I used to have 40% win rate in northrend) but since they reset the ladder I can't remember winning a single match. Is there any server for normal players who don't have insane micro skills?

I would be up for that, I need to learn. Currently my micro is kinda sucky and I can barely beat the computer on easy LOL . . . . old thread I know.

It's better to have some personal network so you can have some people that can help you learn.
