Noob at triggers and need help

I am trying to make an instant ability that sends a ball of fire and explodes, damaging and stunning the target and nearby enemies. Can anyone help me with a trigger for that?

There are similar spells like this in Spells Section, like maybe this one by @Rheiko. But not sure it stuns at the moment, maybe an stun system could be added. You can try it out and ask if you need help I guess. : )

Could you use the Goblin Tinker's cluster rocket ability with 1 missile with a fireball model? It stuns and damages in a target area.
