No share XP between heroes

I did a search, but found suprisingly little discussion on this. Is there a way of making all heroes on your team gain the full value of XP no matter how many?
For example, one player has 2 heroes and his opponent has 1 hero, but each of the three heroes should receive the same amount of XP.

If the only way is to detect number of heroes and set XP rate, what is the relevant formula?
