"No Selected Hero" Item Selling

I'm using dummy items to choose units to spawn, but the building requires a nearby inventory unit to work, and it doesnt auto-select an available target at game creation (tried using a kind of dummy building with inventory, but you have to right click it first to select it as a sell target) I gave the building itself an inventory, but it won't select itself as a buy target either.

I was hoping to use some kind of work around where the building orders itself to use the "select hero" ability on itself, but it doesn't seem to have an orderid, and as well all know, replacing the orderid in ability editor never works.

so whenever I try to buy this dummy item it tells me I need a unit with an inventory around till I right click itself, which it will then work fine, I just want to know if I can do something to get rid of having to click itself as I think it'll be annoying for new players.

you can either:
-add a hidden dummy unit with a inventroy next to the building for each player
-make the building owned by the player and use dummy abilitys instead
-sell units as normal and have a trigger that moves the bought unit instantly to where u would like the unit to go
