Here is the trigger for making it cast soul burn (also modified) on entering unit:
  • No Spells Here
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit enters <NoSpellRegion>
    • Conditions
      • ((Triggering unit) is A Hero) Equal to True
    • Actions
      • Set TempLoc = (Position of (Triggering unit))
      • Unit - Create 1 <DummyUnit> for Neutral Hostile at TempLoc facing Default building facing degrees
      • Unit - Add a 3.00 second Generic expiration timer to (Last created unit)
      • Unit - Order (Last created unit) to Neutral Fire Lord - Soul Burn (Triggering unit)
      • Custom script: call RemoveLocation(udg_TempLoc)
this is if the unit you don't want to use spells is a hero.
