Noticed this was a relatively popular model to skin so I figured I'd do a skin for it as well. Based primarily off the death knight quest reward armor from WoW. Everything is freehand except the hair and the ear, along with the team color on the hair.

To get the alpha channels to work correctly (they will make the spaces between the axes on the back disappear as well as part of the helmet covering the face) you must set the vertex coloring to 1% with triggers. To access this trigger, it is under Animation --> Change Unit Vertex Coloring. Reviving the unit will reset the alpha channels, and the alpha channels have reset within the first few seconds of game play on me before as well, so make sure whatever condition you use can compensate for the function of this skin. If you need help with triggers visit the tutorials section.

special thanks to AR for helping me with the vertex coloring.

The monotone is part of the deathknight I guess. The normal deathknight is dark blues, some white and a bit of purple. There's some random yellow on the cape but there is a tiny bit of variation in the colors.

Another great skin chrome, good job.

Yea more highlights, the skin itself is very dark, and see whats up with the alpha channels on the cape as well as the armor around her neck that makes a spike thing..not sure what to call that

I checked the other warden skins to see what was going on w/ the alpha channels - the all seem to have a spot near the bottom of the cape were there is a gray background behind the repeated elements on the cape (daggers or whatever). I tried alphing out the space between the battle-axy thingies on her back, but alpha channels only seem to work when the warden shadowmelds :(

To get rid of the rectangle on the cape, just alpha under her shoulderpads, right along the edge of the trim. The wings can be made transparent by triggers, just set the transparency to 1%

Any yeah, it's way too dark, all that detail is just going to disappear and turn into a dark blob ingame. I had a similar problem some time back. Contrast is key here and remember to not be limited by the reference :)

The things protruding from her shoulders, it seems to have black parts which do not fit anywhere. Are they okay in game?

All right, the skin already has alpha channels in place for the wings, it just wasn't working. To get the wings to work correctly you have to set the vertex coloring of the model to 1% with triggers. You can accsess that trigger option in Animation --> Change Unit Vertex Coloring. I found out that it works for the helmet to, so I'm working on updating the face and the screenshot right now. I'll put this in with the skin info when I do.

Thanks to AR for letting me now how to change vertex coloring
