Newgen Tileset Problem

The window doesn't open? Or does the feature just not work? If the latter, then go to Extensions -> Edit Tileset, add the tiles, click "OK" and don't save your map. Just go to "File -> Close Map", and then reopen it. The tiles should be there. It is important that you don't save your map after you add the tileset, else it will reset your tile options.

If the window doesn't open, it might be an antivirus issue. You can always make a request for someone to add the tiles for you and send the map back.

It is possible your installation was damaged by anti-virus software. Download JNGP again, make sure it does not get tampered with by AV and then paste it into the folder. Make sure the folder is added to the AV exclusion list or it might automatically delete components.

have you started a new map without saving it first? If you don't have a saved map and start out with a new map the window won't open. It needs a saved map in order to write the changes to that file. It won't show up because it needs a file to work with in the first place. Hence why you need to close the map and not save it after changing the tiles since it needs to write new bytes to the file.
