Uhm I think the world editor updates itself parallel to Wc3.. so if there's some update for wc3 that contains some for the WE it will be done automatically..

Or use some other Custom Editors.. like NewGen or WEU

Start your game (not the editor) on the first screen go to battle.net (or hit B on your keyboard) any and all updates for both the game and the editor takes place there.
