"New" tree model

Hey, i have a little problem, after around one year break i'm back to warcarft map editing and i want to change thee trees' models to for example gold ores but i have a little problem.
Whenever i change the model of the tree to something, i can't see it ingame, only its shadows, but i can see the new model in the editor.
Any ideas how to fix it?
