Actually HappyTauren, I have absolutely nothing about skinning but I will soon come up with some (more) tutorials (and models of course) for the community. And I am specialised in SFX, meaning that my geometry and humanoid animations are quite thin. But well, we still have time to learn, don't we?

...but I have downloaded few of your model packs just few hours ago... tile and wall stuff... You have maped those models greatly from already existing textures
, wich adds points to your skining skills even if you dont know anything about skining either way!
