new feature: transparent multiboard icons

okay, here is a first nice to have coming to my mind:

at the moment, multiboard icons cannot have fully transparent pixels. it would be cool if this feature could be implemented one day. for now, if you want to have multiboard icons with colored circles for example, you can only try to adjust icon color of corners arround the circle to match background of multiboard as much as possible. but still, if you have a closer look, you will always see the corners arround the circle.

so the feature would be to support 32 bit TGAs for multiboard icons.

BLP files have full alpha support in all modes (although it might be ignored in some) so there is no need "to support 32 bit TGAs".

If alpha does not work for the multiboard icons it must be because they are blended in the wrong mode. Are you really sure it does not work?

I already tried this in the past (on wc3c.net I'm master_of_sickness), but it seems it isn't working neither with TGA nor with BLP.
