Neutrals

There are 12 players (0-11) and I believe four extra's up to 15, the neutrals.

Can you trigger any of these to do things? I couldn't make my neutral hostiles attack targets or anything, and I was wondering if maybe the Neutral Extra's are able to be ordered properly.

You can do something like this

Pick every unit owned by player of type and set the player to the hostile player and the type to the desired unit type. Then order the group to do your actions.

I was asking if there is any way to control Neutrals. As in, I'd like 12 players in my map, and I'd like an enemy that I can still order to use spells and everything that won't get randomly interrupted.

Do ALL of the neutrals just do their own thing when ordered?
