Neutral Players As Creeps Problems

Alright so, I made this map, and its 6 v 6 players, therefore I reached the playable slots limit. So I had to use neutral aggressive and neutral extra as the creeps for the AoS. Everything works fine until this happens, if a creep gets attacked by a tower or their life gets reduced to like 10% by the tower, then they run back to where they were created? Why does this happen? I can't figure out how to fix this, I messed with the Creep constants in gameplay constants and that didn't work, and I check "Can Flee: False", and that didn't work either... I dunno what to do. Oh and another thing is that they don't attack any nearby structures unless the structures attack them? What is going on!
