Ever since Oz02 left the site the tutorial section has been rotting away and only very rarely DarkShadow comes along and approves of new tutorials that has been submitted.
The tutorial section does require little moderation but every month or so doing a check up might be just a bit to little, so I suggest you should find a guy to check up on it and remove of some of the stupid spam there is and to check up on new tutorials and maybe remove some that might be outdated?
