Negative Flying Heights and Unit Pitch Angles

Is there any way to make units have negative flying heights/pitch angles anymore? I know that after Reforged happened, there were some changes that made it different to do them/impossible. Searching the forum brings up useless posts over 15 years old long before Reforged ever happened.

I know you cannot make units have negative flying heights/pitch angles with triggers, even before reforged, but now, I have preplaced units on the map with negative pitch angles/flying heights. They appear as I want them on the map in the editor, but when I boot the map their flying height/pitch angle is reset to 0.
