Needing Undead Crypt Fiend with minor Changes

I made a skin for the Crypt Fiend and didnt bother to test the skin out till i was done finding out that you cant alpha out the spines or the hanging cloth.

So I was wondering if someone could delete the Spine and Cloth Planes for me
++Bonus points if you can just make the whole mesh use the transparency++
