Need POTM Starfall

Can some 1 make me the Pristess of the Moon first spell on dotA, it is called starfall and when u cast it every unit around you gets hit 1 time with a star. But the damage is dealt when the star has fallen to the ground. For more info about the spell look here. Please help

I bet it's just a 1-5 second duration spell.

Omg, its not 1-5 second duration. Its not the arrow skill, i need her first spell starfall(it hits every unit around her once, but the damage is dealt when the star has fallen to the ground that is a problem i can't solve)

Edit starfall to hit only 1 unit within 50 yards.
Pick all units within X range of casting hero.
Create dummy, expiration timer, add starfall, order to cast.

But starfall damages the units randomly = 1 unit may be hitten 5 times and 1 unit 2 times and 1 unit 1 time. You can't modify the number of units u want to hit with starfall. Can some 1 try to make it on a test map?

Make the range so small it will only capture the one unit with the dummy next to it, solved. Or make the special effect, start a 1.2 sec timer or whatever the delay is for the effect then trigger damage. The first will leak less i think.
