Starfall doesn't deal any damage!

i have created this ability

1st i create a dummy
Arrow_Dummy[Arrow_CusValue]
2nd i add Starfall ability.
3rd when the arrow hits a unit the dummy will cast the starfall but even it hits the enemy it deals no damage!

I think not the trigger is the problem, its the ability!

PLS. HELP IN THAT!-

Is the dummy created for the player who casted the original ability?

the trigger is in GUI can i post it in a JASS type?..........i will convert it to custom script!
