Need help with timer & duel!

Hi, I'm currently working on a map and I need to make a trigger wich starts a duel at an arena when the timer reaches 0 (repeated timer) I also need help making the timer variable + trigger (if any)..
Sorry for my lack of knowledge, I am no good world editorer with stuff that comes to variables and that
help fast is appreciated.
