Need help on this old yet still working optimization tool - "True's Optimization Tools"

Other optimizers lose some models but this True's Optimization Tools or tool has no model glitch or unwanted data loss - as I've observed so far - on WC3_1.29 maps. The loadtime improved to like x3 faster.

This tool was uploaded since 2005 by tysch_tysch, on xgm.guru/p/wc3/2410

However, on Virustotal, this same tool was detected by 3 vendors as malware.

Any chance this tool had positive feedback from veteran hiveworkshop people?

I made a video for comparison... sorry for my poor PC build. You can skip parts in youtube to ending of both loads. It shows it indeed is much faster.
