Hi, I've been trying to install this custom UI for a few hours. However as you can see the left side or Tile 1 isn't showing up. I've been at this for a long time and I am wondering what I am doing wrong? All the files are basically the same for every race.

EDIT: Here is the link for the original files.

The instructions say to just copy the UI folder into your Warcraft III directory, and it'll automatically load them.

It takes advantage of Warcraft 3's Local Files feature. By default, "local files" is disabled. You'll have to edit the registry to enable it. Read this link and follow the instructions directly after the word "INSTRUCTIONS":

Just the part about editing the registry.

Then you can copy and paste the UI folder into your Warcraft III directory, and it should load the UI regardless of which race you play. Do remove them, simply delete the UI folder.

As for your particular issue--it might have to do with the fact that some of the files are listed with the .tga extension. Maybe you accidentally converted them to tga?
