texture tile 2, 4 and the time indicator seem to produce an error of some kind. maybe they are transparent where they shouldn't be ? your tile 4 is transparent in the upkeep tile and tile 2 isn't transparent in the character portrait field. also your time indicator has different transparency from the original. I can't think of any other reason.
edit: there was something with the transparency most likely, or just something messed up within the blp. if it does it again try to convert it into png then back to blp and re-import again.
