Need help for RPG map...

I'm making better Guild Wars map and I have few questions...



1. Ability: Target has x% chance to miss and takes damage or loses mana when attack is miss? (Price of Failure, Spirit of Failure)

2. Ability: Target gains only x% from healing? (Defile Flesh, Lingering Curse)

3. Ability: When target enemy attacks, all other enemies near him take damage? (Spiteful Spirit)

4. GW-like armor system, armor 60 takes full, 100 half damage etc.?

5. How to make a good loot system?


Need just this info, modeling and other stuff is easy. I hope I finish the map really soon :)
