Hi. I have some models I'd like to covert and animate but I kinda forgot how to do it well and can't find a good tutorial.

I have some models that come in various formats based on the game. Some of the conversion process is pre-done. A model I'm trying to work on first (to experiment) is one with the same model file as this one. Nintendo Switch - Pokémon Scarlet / Violet - #0722 Rowlet - The Models Resource I have blender 2.8 and the exporter 2.8 addon to import/export as mdl. I don't have any project this is for at this point, it's just something I want to practice and the skills itself might be useful.

I run into an issue where I can't find the animation files or how to animate it. And sometimes I get pieces of the model I don't how to animate or texture.

I highly recommend Dennis Hermann Wc3 Tutorial!
Youtube: Dennis Herrmann
Discord Server: Tritt dem Warcraft 3 Animations-Discord-Server bei!

Hive discord also have modeling section too. It seems more likely to receive a reply from either of these discords than the forums sadly.

Edit:
There is JhOtAm Warcraft 3D - CREATIVE tutorials but it's in spanish though.
I joined the Discord just now. I don't understand Spanish sadly. I also added that Discord channel in another tab. Seems like it might have some useful information. Thanks for the links. I'm using like a dozen different programs trying to figure out textures and animations and conversions lol. It's a headache trying to figure out this stuff myself. Most tutorials or threads I've seen are outdated or using a different series of formats/tools to get to their final product.
