Need an Orc Building Model

I can Imagine an Orc Center of Learning like a university. Where Orcs can Research Ancient Advanced Technology. I know there are buildings with a Sort of description like this but They all appear to have a generic staircase and the Layout of a Barrack. Of course I want something different.
