[Need a tiny model edit] Portal

Is there a modeller who can rotate this model so I can use it for some kind of a floor for a map I am planing. Right now its streightened and I don't know how to rotate him. I need the biggest circle to be on top and the smallest on botom.

Also if possible to reduce its quality a bit. for size issues.
