Need a photoshop tutortial

Hi, friend, I'm interested in designing icons and skins, but i'm not expert at using photoshop, so that i need some basic tutorial like : how to fill the image with color, how to create special effect, making border,...

Can anyone here give me a link that can support my need?, i mean a forum or something, it's will be very wonderful if it can teach me arting warcraft icons, skins,..
