Say, a unit has two attacks with same allowed targets but of different types (Siege and Normal, for instance)

1) Against fortified armour, will it choose Siege even if it deals lower damage?
2) When choosing most efficient damage, how does it treat attack speed? Does it calculate average DPS?

3) Also, if a unit has two attacks-- a low-damage ranged one and high-damage melee one - will the unit always move into melee or it will attack from range when possible?

ty in advance for your help, rep will be given =)

No it will ignore the 2nd attack if they both have the same targets simple as that

unless your using the orb affect to enable the 2nd ability to be able to attack air then it will always choose attack 1, sadly there is no easy way to just change from true ranged attack and melee only becomes ranged in the case of air.. or whatever you set attack 2 to that attack 1 cant hit.

So, it will always use 1st attack, even if it is weaker than 2nd by all points?

That's sad.

Anyway, +rep for help
