near Instant turn speed

how can I get a unit to have nearly instant turn speed?

Because I set the turn speed to the max (3) and its fast but not instant/near instant.

hold shift, then try to edit it to a larger value.

I just tried that and set it to 30 but it seemed the same as if it was 3

Then it is hardcoded, I guess you will have to do it via triggers (which is impossible in movement)
