Just replace the old NE archer model and replace with the stand-up mode and renamed it the same thing.

I see that in the folder I only have the .mdx for archer but not for portrait. How can I change portrait too?

Just retain the portrait.

remove the LODS and then the organs, skeletons, weapon, and the lower half of the portrait to reduce the file size from 4.52 to 2.4 MB

That is true, I just tested, there is no sound when this unit die. Could it be fixed?
