Naxxramas

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
Map Info
Naxxramas is a single-player dungeon, where the player controls five heroes at the same time. It doesn’t have the same bosses and layout that Naxxramas had – we don’t think that those bosses are suitable for Warcraft 3 boss fights. We created our ones, and their difficulty grows from tank-and-spank bosses up to 15 minutes long fight with the last boss – coding and testing took us in total 17 hours before he went down in my 38th attempt.
In total, there are 15 bosses in this map and each of them is unique. For example, there is a boss fight where being hit by boss five times in a row kills a hero, no matter how much hp he has. Abilities like this make our bosses different from normal tank-and-spank ones.
Creeps in this map are made to be a sort of brain teasers – finding a right way to pull them may be a bit hard after killing Obsidian Statue, and after killing Dread Lord, we used many things to make creeps also difficult, not boring – demon gates, ships, elevators, creeps summonning another creeps and spell Bash(to make pulls much more difficult)
Main problem of our map, of which we know but we can’t fix it, is that we couldn’t put all that content to the beginning of the map, because it would discourage weaker players from playing.
Each boss is harder than one before him. But some people just can’t get it and they try to write „whosyourdaddy“ and similar stuff when they can’t kill a boss in their first attempt, hoping to kill another one. For us, they are a reason to make an anti-cheat system, that, we believe, is hard to remove, in hope that they will stop playing this way.



1)Abomination – This boss won’t make you many problems. His only ability is Cannibalize, which is a reason to let those spawned ghouls live.

2) )Pit Lord – A typical Warcraft 3 boss. He casts Rain of Fire quite often and every 3 seconds decreases damage he takes by 5% up to 50%.

3) )Skeleton King – When he strikes one of your heroes, he has a chance to stun him. After stun, he changes his target. Also, he has a Storm Bolt ability – a 7 second stun on 10 second cooldown – and he uses it on random target.

4) )Broodmother – At start, this spider might seem to be a very easy boss, but when she dies, two another spiders, which are together stronger than Broodmother, replace her. And guess what happens when you kill one of them...

5) )Bug Lord – Because of his spell Impale, this boss is harder than bosses 1-4. Only difference between this Impale and Crypt Lord’s Impale is that when this Impale hits a hero, four bugs are spawned.

6) )Obsidian Statue / Destroyer – At start, this boss will only drain mana from your heroes(run away). But when his hit points drop under 4000, he will become Destroyer and will use mana he drained to nuke you down.

7) )Frost Wyrm – Hits very slowly but very hard. His attacks decrease his targets‘ movement speed by 20% for a short time, but this effect stacks. When a hero is hit five times in a row, he dies. Also, there is one big blue ball in the room and when it touches a hero, hero gets trapped in a block of ice for 20 seconds.

We made only six heroes for this map and their abilities aren’t original. We made only six because we didn’t want to make this map about choosing the right ones... You will have to choose a tank (probably warrior, but also warlock and rogue can tank later on while dealing more damage, but also taking more damage), healer(priest or shaman) and three damagers (rogue / mage / warlock / shaman).

Warrior – This hero can take lots of damage, but can’t deal it well. Also, his spell Reincarnation will be very useful later on.

Priest – The best healer. He can also deal a bit of damage in short fights where you are sure you won’t run out of mana.

Rogue – The only melee damager. His damage is very high and you don’t have to click his spell every 3 seconds. Also, if boss starts attacking him he can use Windwalk.

Mage – This hero deal very high damage too, but he is ranged – he can avoid AoE spells well, but you have to click on Fireball every three seconds. Also, his spells Polymorph and Arcane Explosions are helpful when dealing with lots of creeps.

Shaman – Shaman doesn’t deal as much damage as Mage or Rogue, but he can support group with heals and totem regenerating mana.

Warlock – He deals as much damage as Shaman and he can summon felhunter and Infernal to take/deal damage when needed. Also, you don’t have to heal him because he has spell Drain Life.

Also the Rogue class cannot get any more boring, literally the 4 most boring default skills have been given to him.
And 3 passives?!

thanks, but noone ever have seen the final bosses. maybe i will make a version without creeps and i will hope that it will not be rejected without playing because i forgot to remove "build" ability form wisps
