My model edit problems

Near:

Can you spot the difference? Yes, that base is weird (the wooden borders of the base, not the ground) >_>
Can anyone see what's the problem?

soo, in the Far you can't see the wooden border but in the near thats confusing, maybe something with geoset anims?

Hmmm. So is the border a part of the model or is it part of the ground texture?
Also, if it's part of the model then it might have something to do with extends and stuff. Although, I honestly don't know the first thing about them.

I don't know why, but when I set the wooden fence's material to None instead of Transparent in the Filter Mode tab, the wooden fence shows up properly.

I've never seen such a glitch caused by a Transparent filter before.
