My first terrain... it looks ugly in my eyes and yours too, probably. But meh, practise makes perfect, right?

It depicts a village being raided by the Cursed - a group of Undead pirates led by the human exile Xaivor.

I think I may have screwed over the fog... it looks pixelated.o.o Oh well. Open for critisism.

Eh no... that would be a bad camera angle and the way my computer's colour freaks out to fog. >.> And it is mean't to be crammed up. I hate things being too open. Medieval towns weren't open. They were cramped in many aspects.

First terrain?

Good - very good for a first.

Ships are a good size compared to units - they look like real ships.

Houses - uncertain, its difficult to tell or compare the size of units to the houses. A decent rule of thumb is to have your doors at least large enough for your middlin tall units to be able to walk through without crawling :xxd:

Bottom image - discard the elf piers - use something like a modified dungeon table (without chairs) to create your waling decks - the horns embedded in the house looks bad.

Again, for a first terrain its not bad at all. :thumbs_up:
