It's a skin of a zombie... not much, I just tried to make him more... zombie-ish :)

Looks like he's wearing lipstick. Not blood.
 
Well I don't know how to skin better than this. Can someone please link a tutorial or something on the next step of skinning?

I really need feedback on this please.
