how do i increase the size of the multi board?

By using the trigger action that sets the size of a multiboard.

there isnt one just one for the text areas

• Multiboard - Set the width for (Last created multiboard) item in column 1, row 1 to 3.00% of the total screen width

• Multiboard - Change the number of columns for (Last created multiboard) to *

i have the number i want already its that all the text at the top doesnt fit

Set more % with loops for all rows/columns multiboard with the action that you wrote (item width)
