Lorewise i prefer the original textureset for alternte animations. You know it's like that old DnD spell called stoneskin\steelskin or something.

The model is well done on the technical side. But i'd prefer the original model to yours. May i suggest sticking to original default and alternate texture and maybe re-scaling his weapons and head to keep his shape cleaner. You know, there is a reason why wc3 models have shapes and proportions like they do.

I figured we could use something else, y'know?

Anyway, I fiddled with the proportions. Lemme know if thats any better.

This new uploaded models of yours are perfect, man. You prove your skills with every new uploaded model. The faces/heads are what is special with your models, animations aswell. You proved that the model can be made with little vertices, but with high definition and I salute you for that. Now we need 'simplier' models of your captains, remakes like this, cuz imo, they will fit better in game.
