Hi there. I want to learn how to make a new, fresh model, not by importing anything from Warcraft 3. Are there tutorials for it?
Skinning - I also want to learn how to make good skins out of nothing, so, are there easy for it tutorials too?
Overall, I want to make few models for my map, and then when I practiced it, i wanna make a real RPG game, not map with my bro. I know that it would take us a lot of time, but he allready got tons of it ready. If you want to join us, or simply guide me though it, I would appreciate it.

If you want to be full pro, then get Milkshape/3DS Max and Photoshop.
If you want to do it freestyle, then get Oinkerwinkle's tools, MdlVis, and Magos Model Editor.
GIMP is like a free, slighty less advanced Photoshop, and Irfanview is good at viewing and conversion. All of these can be found with Google, and Magos is downloaded from the tools section.

yeah I know that 3DS max is cool, but as far as I know, modelers and skinners on THW start from any warcraft 3 model/skin. Am I right? If I am wrong, then forgive me, and find me a tutorial for starting out of nothing =)

yeah I tried, but every time I find something, it requires model/skin from warcraft 3, meaning it's not what I wanted =(

I suggest learning first the basics of scratch modeling. That will probably help you most in the long run, and there is a wider range of tutorials for it. The only real tutorials you need are for exporting and converting to .mdx. (NeoDex) You can also try wc3c.net, it may have some useful tutorials for 3ds Max.
