I need a model based on a default model from warcraft 3. The model path is

Abilities\Weapons\PhoenixMissile\Phoenix_Missile_mini.mdl

and its name is Phoenix Fire <Missle>... I want that model to look icy with blue color and stuff. To llok like its made of ice and frost. Can some 1 make that. Thank you
