So, you want it to have incorporated portrait animations? Well, that makes things more complicated.Well that seem to work,but now the blinking eyes and moving jaws aren't working properly. When it blinks,the head seems to be squished for a while. When talking,the head shakes.
Removing the eye and jaw bones seems to make it buggy.

Jaws and eyelids move independently, so they should be attached to separate bones.
It's the easiest way. I usually do the same thing.Meh. I'll just replace the portrait's body with the leader's body and hope to see if that works.
The jaw should be attached to the same bone the rest of the head in attached. That would prevent movement of the jaw and his mouth would always be closed. And you can just delete the eyelids (select them in Matrix Eater and press delete).EDIT: One more thing,how do I delete the blinking eye and jaw so that it doesn't glitch the face without bugging it out?
