Model - Ice Circle

Intro:
Hi my name is NightBrowler but my friends call me NB,well i am making a map based on the anime bleach and need this model to complete the map,the map is 80% finished here is a old trailer.

Model:
I need this model for an abillity that freezes the ground first and then the air too in an AOE of 600, here are some pictures.

Ground Freeze(animation stand 1)

Air Freeze(animation stand 2

EDIT:Ground Freeze without the unit in the middel only the ice ground.

EDIT 2:I will give credits.

so what you want is bassically a circle? that looks like ice right??
i will try to make something like that based on flame strike model >.>
if i am able to do it i will reply back
P.S. since im not that experienced at animations at the momment i think all i can do is make two seperate models and then u can trigger it to go in order
