And another great terrain by X.e.r.e.X.!
Nice one! You really succeded in giving it that feeling of cold, misty morning somwhere in Scotland (that is how I see it).

Me neither, but I saw lots of pictures of Scotland's terrain, and most of them are misty valleys, so it reminded me of them.
I think an old castle in background would go nice with this, especialy if made with Born2modificate's real texture models.
Once again: nice terrain.

Needs more green. Right now it's all gray, which creates the idea of a smoky land that just got burnt down and the fires put out by rain and time. If you put in patches of green grass and a green (non-pine) tree here and there, you would get more of the feeling of a gray day on the countryside. Green contrasts really well with gray.

This might not be the best example, but I think you can kinda get the idea from this (just add fog):

Great atmosphere, and decent terrain. I can't decide if I like the rocks or not. I do and I don't.

I guess it looks a bit better, but now you have half a shitload of big rocks and half a shitload of smaller rocks instead of just a shitload of little rocks.

You should get rid of the small rocks, and try to make the bigger rocks mold with the terrain instead of jut out like they do now. Remember, rocks don't go above the ground, the ground goes over the rocks. Rocks were there first. Boulders go above the ground, but should be used sparingly.
