Minor Problems With JNGP

I had to reinstall JNGP on my PC. When I tried to open NEWGEN, it said I already had an instance of warcraft running (although I really didn't). I deleted it, and tried reinstalling it (Several times) and the same prompt popped up. What am I doing wrong?
