I have the screenshot of abyssal maw. I don't know how to make a minimap with the current programs I have, because of that I need the screenshot to be made as the minimap.

Convert the image into a .blp file. The image must be 128x128 or 256x256 I believe. You can do that with a program called Warcraft 3 Viewer. Then import it with War3mapMap.blp path.

The problem is resizing it to 128x128. When I try to resize with a photo program, such as IrfanView I don't get 128x128, I can't have the same fields Width and Height at the same number.

There's Preserve aspect ratio setting in the resize menu, uncheck the box
