btw Purple I have something i need help on with JASS.
I want to make a trigger that moves all the arrows ( refer to map) every 0.01 seconds.
I cant do this in GUi without variables so if you can help just tell me.Its for the Hunted series ( Predator and Prey).

One final note on the defensive shield ability just add some units to test it out (p.s they will be removed when the game ends)

Changes:
Some things I’ve Changed have been quite drastic...
I’m thinking of changing the name to Stampede!!!! because of the simple fact that there are no kodos involved. I know that their model file doesn’t work so I think this is best.
I have added an ability to the Scorpions called Poison Bard which is just a 50% slow.
I am thinking of reducing the number of laps required but making kodos also came horizontally to add some excitement...
If you don't like my ideas tell me and i'll do what u want...

Btw does any1 know of a good program to reduce loading time ect on a map... I'v seen quite a few but i want to know what every1 else uses?

The only problem with horizontal is it might get too hard to even start off unless you do it after the start point, and then lizards come out of nowhere :eek:
Oh by the way, I tested the beta, nice job!
Lol, I liked the junkies one, but I didn't see the strategy involed with the draneis and the hunters-predator one. With the hunters-predator one, is there one panda that you have to shoot our of all of them? Because I just shot one and the game ended.
But the triggering is nice and everything...

I think I will submit a few more, I have one in mind that may not be quite as good of an idea, but still decent minigame ideas.

Ya in Predator the pandas are ment to move around and dodge the arrows(still gotta do the ai)...\
The game is supposed to end when when all the Pandas are dead which they ai cant do...(yet)
Still gotta ad an ability to Hidden Ways ( da dreni). Got any ideas?
I'v changed the view on stampede(kodo crossing) to see the entire map, you only need to get across 5 times and the num stampedes that spawn.
Btw lookn forward to the new games :D

EDIT:
btw im thinking of making a dummy ability for the archers and scorpions in the games you made that says you made this game... but i need a good icon to do it..
so could u make one or should i just use ur Avatar?

Kk, got another idea

There are 9 "squares" of terrain. 4 random squares will have rain start falling on them, and after 6 or so seconds everyone inside will be electrocuted. This repeats with 5.5, then 4, then 3.5, then 3 and another square, then 2.5 and another square, then 2 and another square, then 1.5 and another square, then 1

Also, you have - Slow, Storm Bolt, and Blink, which all cost mana.

You never regenerate mana.

Fine :D I'll submit my mini-games...
I have Cannon Dodger which takes up a 32x32 land size, and you dodge cannon shells. You have the Divine Shield and Blink ability. If you die from tank shell you lose, and when you die you also drop a skull, people can pick up these skulls to win. First one to three skulls wins.

10 mini games are ready for bug testing...

so i was wondering which of you wants to try it out...
I need replays if you do and this to be done on a low key (private game on b.net)
Please try it with 4 - 10 players and test the player leaving function for each game...

i like da new games...
im puttin in satyr but the i had problems with frostball because sometimes the ball would just loop again and again( in a cirle)
i couldn't test fire hoppers because my pc is a piece of ....
and it lags to death...

Anyway the testing is just for bugs in current games but mainly 4 tetsing that the game runs between mini-games perfectly....

but i luv da satyrs!!!! 8)

sum of the things i'v done are quite drastic...
i'v reduced the num satyrs to match the num players
i'v add a satyr ability... its a 50% evasion...
Stalkers have a 10% chance of never missing and satyrs have 3 health

hmmmm i'v just got an idea for another game...

Its for the Ahhhhh run series...

Its called ahhh a bunch of sappers!!!! Run!!!:twisted:

its based in a small desert arena with a waygate(unuseable) in the center.

Everyplay gets a panda with +- 300 hp.

Sappers spawn from the waygate and blow up at random points.

the time between spawns gets less by 0.1 every spawn with a start of 4 seconds and a minium of 0.1 seconds....

Explosions do +- 113 damage in close range an +- 70 at far range

What you guys think?

You could also hit the sappers, and they would blow up on the spot :p

When a panda gets hit, he takes 40 dmg + 1dmg/s for 10s, and runs around going OH GOD IT BURNS!!! (texttags), and if he touches anyone, that person also lights on fire.

Also, whenever he tries to arm and throw a molotov, it blows up in his face

Speaking of which, maybe I should do a villager with molotov cocktails vs the evil ogres game! Yeah, sure, thatll be my next submission :p

Waste of Forum Space !

i might enter the "mini games"
but here are some ideas if some of you guys dont have one ....

make a mini game based on
-movie
-game (pc/ps2/xbox/g.cube)
-anime(Cartoons)
-real life ... ?
-fantasy

and maybe you guys got better ideas.

i'll enter with a warcraft 3 style map based on the the World of Warcraft Like (quest .ect)

you should use lots of variables
if you dont, you can get bugs and other problems.
like a trigger fuk'up.
e.g Action:
unit - create "AAA" at region facing blah blah
wait - 1.00 seconds
unit create "BBB" at region facing Blah blah
wait - 1.00 seconds
unit - kill "last created" unit.
(you want to kill AAA but you instead you kill BBB)
Easily fixable by useing Variables and set the unit "AAA" to a unit Variable.


good map maker use lots of variables and decreases bugs.
But if your good at jass well you got it easy.

i dont noe how to use jass !!!

ya i'v changed alot since those earlier posts so u should just ignor them... 8)

Any way Donut i'v had to remove WACF and Stampede due to the fact that its not good for B.net games...

and is any1 here who is realy good with AI?

and u cant dodge the lizards...

The ai is for The Hunted...
The pandas need to dodge the arrows other wise its a bit easy...

so if want to try tell me...

Well, about the hunted, I'll take a look.


The average speed in S.A is 384 ( :evil: ) and the fastest u can get is a 1 meg...

so its get too much lag in WACF so buy the time you archer begins to shoot the crypt fiend is invulnerable and she cancels her shot so only the host can hit any1...

And in Stampede there are to much delay to dodge them...

They run fine over lan its just ova b.net...

lol the only one that has a similar prob is clicked sheep where the host OWNES!!!!(1) but the rest run fine...
