Milkshape 3d animation error

I'm working on a model for my rpg map and this is how it looks in milkshape

It all look good, the animations are fine.

But when I export...

Im really confused. I am using Guesst's MS3D exporter, I have wrote "Linear" as comment on every single joint and I have wrote the animation time (Stand,1-75) and as I know that's all I need to do so whats the problem?

Did you run Zero Joints before you animated?

Oh did you have to run a script? Crap So I have to start ove rmy animating? T_T

I'm sorry for you, yes.
You ALWAYS have to run Zero Joints before you start animating.

Run zero joints. This must be after your skeleton is made but before you animate. If you run this after you animate, it will ruin your animation.
