Metamorph Bug

For some reason, when i use metamorph in blood mage, he dies and the unit that he is suposed to change into still spawns, it's invisible though. The game also crashes and the unit that he changes into is phoenix. I also tried using bear form from those night elf druids, but it also crashed the game. Uhm... help?

hhmm... Try removing the Bloof mages Sphere ability, and tell us if it works, that could be the problem

I'm pretty sure he doesn't has that ability since he's custumozied............. but i'll check it anyway.
EDIT: He doesn't has the ability and i'm sorry that i haven't said two important things. 1) The original unit was a shadow hunter i belive(the troll hero from a common game). 2) The model is Blood Mage, so basicaly i just changed model and stats etc bla bla.

The spell you use is in trigger or in object editor?In any case could you give more info?

(About bear ability)
The crash may happen if ability is hero's ability,but the unit type of morphed form is not hero.
Easier explanation:

Hero --> morph --> non-hero = crash =)

If this doesn't fix the problem then I don't know...

I see. Then the crash is happening since the morph is a normal unit not a hero? I'll test this out later, thanks

Make it a hero I advise, it is more stable that way.
Otherwise an array of bugs will occur, like gaining armor, regen, hp, mana, mana regen, attack rate and map instability.

hmmm... maybe you can try editing the metamorph ability. change the starting unit from demon hunter to shadow hunter
